Wholesale ordering for independent distributors

Your customers place orders at 5am. Your desk finds out at 8.

Pacto puts your catalog at each account's own prices on the phone your buyers already have. Orders they tap arrive in your workspace as pick-ready orders, not voicemails to decipher.

The workflow

One order, from their phone to your pick list.

The buyer

They order at their own price.

The catalog shows only what their account can buy, at what they pay. Search by name, scan a barcode, or open last week's order and adjust what changed.

The office

Orders arrive as orders.

Customer, items, quantities, price, notes, source, status in one row. Nothing to transcribe, nothing to guess.

The warehouse

Pick lists come out in aisle order.

Your sequence, not alphabetical. Pickers check lines off as they walk and the order status moves with them.

Repeat ordering

Most of this week's order is last week's order.

So that's what the app opens to. Their regulars at the top, at the quantities they usually take, ready to adjust.

  • Ranked by what they actually buy, not by your catalog order
  • Last quantities pre-filled and editable
  • Discontinued products removed before they can be ordered again
  • Price and minimums re-checked at submit, so nobody argues about it on the dock

Account-based distribution

A storefront can't handle a customer who owes you net 30.

Pacto is built for account relationships: negotiated prices, order minimums, multiple buyers, and terms outside a card checkout.

Walk through your workflow

Every account has its own price list

Tier pricing, plus per-product overrides for negotiated accounts. No customer sees another customer's number.

Half your buyers don't order in English

Pacto ships in English, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Romanian, and Turkish, with more coming.

Reordering shouldn't mean rebuilding the cart

Customers open their list, adjust quantities, and submit. Price and minimums are rechecked at submission.

When a customer swears they ordered twelve, you can show them

Order number, timestamp, who submitted it, and the price that applied. Both sides looking at the same record.

Pricing

$249 a month. Sign up every customer you have.

Flat, published, same product in both plans. No per-user fees, no per-order fees, no setup fee, no contract. The first 10 distributors pay $149 for as long as they stay.

Plus

Core, plus a faster line to us: priority answers and a standing review of your catalog and prices.

What custom covers

  • For 500 or more retail accounts, or needs the two plans do not cover

  • Integrations as they ship, scoped with your team
  • Migration from the system you run today
  • Commercial terms built around your operation

No per-user fees, no per-order fees, no setup fee, no contract — month to month, cancel by email. The first 10 distributors get 3 months free, then $149 (Core) or $199 (Plus) for as long as they stay.

Straight answers

What distributors ask first.

Including the two questions we get asked most, which have answers you would rather hear now than in month three.

How long does it take to go live?

Under two weeks for a typical operation. We import your products and customers, set price tiers and overrides, order your warehouse categories, and invite buyers. Migrating from an existing system is scoped separately.

What if my customers will not use an app?

Start with the five who text you at midnight. One tap repeats the last order. Screen is in their language. Phone works exactly as it does now. Nothing taken away.

What languages does the customer app speak?

Ten: English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese, Arabic, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Romanian, Turkish. App follows each customer's phone language. Notifications translate too.

Can each customer have their own prices?

Yes. Named tiers, per-customer overrides, or prices hidden entirely. Enforced server-side, so nobody sees another account's numbers.

What happens to the orders my staff still take by phone?

Entered once into the system. Staff open a draft, phone number matches the customer, and it runs the same pricing and minimum checks. Not a real order until someone confirms it. Every order records how it arrived.

Can customers order by WhatsApp or text?

Not automatically, and we won't pretend otherwise. No messaging integration today. Orders that arrive that way get typed in by a person. What the app removes is re-typing for customers who switch to ordering themselves.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export catalog and order history to a spreadsheet anytime, one click, no request needed.

Does Pacto sell to my customers?

Never. Pacto is not a marketplace. Your catalog is private. No other distributor's products appear in yours.

What do I need to get started?

A price sheet and customer list, however you have them. Send to hello@pactodistro.com and we'll have them loaded before your first call.

Send your price sheet. We'll have it loaded before the call.

Twenty minutes. We load a few of your accounts, then walk one order from a buyer's phone to a pick list.
