What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

When you fill in a form

The demo, founding-partner, and resource forms ask for some combination of your name, work email, phone number, company, the state you operate in, roughly how many retail accounts you serve, your industry, and whatever you write in the message box. Submitting sends that straight to us as an email. A person reads it and replies from it.

Along with it we send where you came from: the UTM parameters on the link you arrived through, the site that referred you, and the first page you landed on. That is how we tell which advertising is worth paying for. It is kept in your browser for the length of your visit and sent only if you submit a form.

If you ask the order-cost calculator to email you your figure, the numbers you typed into it travel with that request, so our reply can refer to them. The calculator does not send anything anywhere unless you ask it to.

When you are just reading

The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records page views along with a few named actions: which call-to-action was clicked, when a form was started, submitted, or errored, and which range a calculator result fell into. Those records carry labels, never anything you typed — not your figures, not your email, not your message.

Google receives this data and its own privacy terms apply to it. If you would rather not be counted, a tracking blocker or your browser's privacy settings will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your details. Ever, to anyone.
• We do not take payment information on this site. Pacto has no card checkout: orders in the product run on the account terms a distributor already has with each customer.
• We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a resource or a demo.
• We do not run scripts that read what you type before you submit it.

Who sees it

The people who work on Pacto, and the services that carry the message: Resend delivers the email, Vercel hosts the site, and Google provides the analytics. Each holds the data needed to do that job and nothing more.

Having it deleted

Email hello@pactodistro.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not stop us answering a question you have already sent.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this policy that takes effect quietly.
